The Joint Apprentice and Training Committee of the Elevator Industry (a.k.a. JATC) is a Joint Labor/Management Trust Agreement that provides New York State REGISTERED Apprenticeship, Continuing Educational & Training Programs, and other Types of Training Programs, as may be required, for all IBEW Local Union #3 (EE Division) Members.  In addition, the JATC provides a $100,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Policy for all Union Members paid for by the sponsor.
