The next Apprentice Meeting will be held Monday, October 7, 2024 at 6:00 PM in the Balcony Lounge at Local Union #3, Flushing, NY.
***Please note, a valid Local #3 Union Card is required at all times on school premises and at all Apprentice School functions.***
***Book fees must be settled prior to or on Registration Night via money order payable to the JATC*** Please contact our office if you misplaced your Book Agreement mailed to you in July.***

1st & 2nd Year APPRs - 6:00 - 7:00 P.M.
BRING:
- $40 Money Order, Payable to: "J. A. T. C."
- Photo I.D. (Driver's License Preferred)
- Valid Union Card, valid temporary Union Card or non-expired yellow Local 3 issued receipt - NO June 2024 Cards. Please visit the Maintenance Dept at the Union Hall and request a temporary Union Card in advance of Registration.
- Copy Latest Pay Stub - on paper (Jul 2024-Aug 2024)
**On-the-Job Reports must be current to be eligible to register.
REGISTRATION WILL END PROMPTLY AT 7:00 P.M. - PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE.
Note: To request a certain night of Apprentice School, contact our office
between August 15th and August 28th. (via email or telephone)

The 1st day of class at Queens Technical HS is as follows:
Tuesday Classes begin Tuesday, September 10th, 2024 at 5:30 P.M.
Thursday Classes begin Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 5:30 P.M.

Late Registration:
***Any Apprentice who registers late missed one class of school and will accumulate one (1) absence with one (1) absence remaining for the semester.

Bring all required documents and fees as outlined in the School Registration Information (above).
SCHOOL NIGHT CHANGES/CLOSURES:
Tuesday Students:
November 5th class will be held Wednesday November 6th.
Thursday Students:
October 3rd class will be held Wednesday, October 2nd.
November 28th class will be held Monday, November 25th.
All Students: No Classes will be held from December 23 through Jan 2nd. Class will resume Jan 7th
